Liability for Content
As a service provider, we are liable for our own content on these websites in accordance with Section 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG). However, according to Sections 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), we are not obligated to monitor submitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. In this case, liability is only possible at the time of knowledge about a specific violation of law. Upon notification of such violations, we will remove such content immediately.

However, permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is unreasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of law. Upon notification of any violations, we will remove such links immediately.

In addition to the data mentioned above, cookies are stored on your browser when you use our website. Cookies are small text files stored on your hard disk associated with the browser you use. They allow certain information to be sent to the location that placed the cookies (here, this is us). Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They are designed to make the internet more user-friendly and effective overall.
Use of cookies:
1. This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and functionality of which are explained below:
– Transient cookies (see 2.)
– Persistent cookies (see 3.)
2. Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. These include, in particular, session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, which allows various requests from your

3. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period of time, which may vary depending on the cookie. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser’s security settings.
4. You can configure your browser settings according to your preferences and, for example, refuse to accept third-party cookies or all cookies. You can also download and install a browser plug-in at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de to prevent the data collected by the cookie from being sent to Google and processed by Google. Please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use all the features of this website.
5. The Flash cookies used are not recorded by your browser, but by your Flash plug-in. We also use HTML5 storage objects that are stored on your device. These objects store the required data regardless of the browser you use and do not have an automatic expiration date. If you do not wish to process Flash cookies, you must install a corresponding add-on. You can prevent the use of HTML5 storage objects by using private mode in your browser. We also recommend that you regularly delete your cookies and browser history manually.
You can generally use our online services without revealing your identity. If you register for one of our personalized services or participate in an online course, we will ask you for your name and other personal information. It is your free decision whether to enter this data. Contributions to our discussion forums are accessible to everyone. You should carefully review your contributions before publishing them to ensure they do not contain information that is not intended for public consumption. You must expect that your contributions will be indexed by search engines and made accessible worldwide even without specifically accessing our website. Deletion or correction of such entries is often not enforceable with foreign operators. Furthermore, you have no right to demand deletion of this data from us.
We store your information on specially protected servers in Germany. Access to these servers is only possible for a few specially authorized persons who are responsible for the technical, commercial, or editorial maintenance of the servers.
We point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., when communicating via email) may have security gaps. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.
The use of contact data published in accordance with the imprint obligation by third parties to send unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby expressly prohibited. The operators of the website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information being sent, for example through spam emails.
